NEPS founder Jimmy Blakeney has a lifetime of experience as a waterman and educator. He is a World Champion paddler, lifelong ocean surfer, ACA certified paddlesports instructor and has a Masters degree in Education. His unique background provides students with world-class instruction, tons of fun and the motivation to develop and maintain an active lifestyle.
