Stand Up Paddlesurfing (aka SUP) is the Worlds fastest growing watersport. It’s a unique blend of surfing and paddling where you stand on a specially designed surfboard and propel yourself through the water with a paddle. It’s fun, easy to learn and provides an incredible full-body workout.

Paddlesurfing was born in Hawaii long ago.  More recently  big wave surfers began to use it to cross-train when the surf was flat. Today it has quickly grown into it’s own distinct sport. A big reason for its popularity is the versatility it offers. Stand Up Paddlesurfing can be enjoyed on any body of water, from calm lakes, rivers and bays to wild whitewater rivers and ocean waves. The unique sensation of standing on and gliding across the water will have you instantly hooked, try it and find out for yourself!
